Notebook Plus terms
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Notebook Plus. They are between you and QAVYNEL Technologies Limited (RC No. 9938676), Lagos, Nigeria. The free notebook does not need an account and is not covered by these terms. How we handle your information is explained in our privacy notice.
1. The service
Notebook Plus stores your notebook online, syncs it between the phones you allow, and adds staff access, a history of changes, cash checks, statements and daily emails. Features may improve over time.
2. Free trial
New shops get a free trial of 30 days. No payment details are needed for the trial.
3. Plans and prices
Plus: ₦1,500 a month for one shop and up to 3 people. Business: ₦4,000 a month for up to 3 shops and up to 10 people per shop. Prices include any VAT that applies. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price changes; the change applies from your next payment.
4. Paying
You pay a month at a time through Flutterwave. Plans do not renew automatically: when a paid month ends, pay again to continue. If you do not, the notebook keeps working on your phones, but stops backing up and syncing until you pay.
5. No refunds
Payments are not refundable, including for months that are only partly used or not used. This does not affect any rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
6. Your account and staff
Keep access to your email account secure: anyone who can read it can sign in. You are responsible for the staff you invite and for removing them when they leave. The shop owner controls the shop’s records.
7. Your records
Your records belong to you. You give us permission only to store, process and display them to provide the service. You confirm you are allowed to record the information you enter, including your customers’ details.
8. Statements
Statements show figures you and your staff entered. They are not audited accounts, and QAVYNEL does not confirm that the business activity behind them took place. The verification code only confirms that QAVYNEL produced the statement and that it has not been changed.
9. Fair use
Do not use Notebook Plus for anything illegal, to store information you have no right to hold, to attack or overload the service, or to share access with people outside your business.
10. Availability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, and we keep backups. Records are always saved on your phone first, so you can keep working when the service or the internet is down. We do not promise the service will never be interrupted.
11. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or business decisions made using the notebook. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
12. Ending
You can delete your shop or account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can. If we stop offering Notebook Plus, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice to download your records.
13. Changes to these terms
We will tell you about important changes before they apply.
14. Law
Nigerian law applies. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, the courts of Lagos State will decide it.
